The implementation stage of a new system is often the most complex part of the delivery process in terms of management.
PMP Design will arrange for the installation of the new system, supporting hardware or hosting, backups, links to other systems and moving or loading of data together with documentation and any other items as required.
User training is another critical part of the installation process. Key users of the system will generally have a good working knowledge of the new system having used it during the testing and approval stage. Other users may still need to be trained and we can arrange workshops for this as required.
Once the system has 'gone live', we provide support in case any unforeseen issues arise. We can also design additional functionality for the system should your business requirements change in the future.
